The National Arts Council invites post graduate students and registered education and training institutions that are involved in studies or provide tuition in the fields of theatre, dance, crafts, literature, music and visual arts to submit applications for bursary funding.
Thupelo workshops are artists led and were initiated in response to a need for interaction between artists. This workshop will include up to 20 artists from around the world; all with experience in their various practices and able to experiment, exchange knowledge and expand their ideas. This workshop will also aim to engage the citizens of Prince Albert.
The NAC has limited funding available to support 6-8 Special Projects of national significance that strengthen the arts and meets the enhanced strategic goals of the NAC for the period 2014-2018.
The NAC has received unprecedented amounts of applications for funding which closed on 25 April 2014 and as such we will not be able to publish outcomes on 30 June 2014 as communicated earlier.
